Eric Gross Group is a REALTOR® team with eXp Realty, led by husband and wife Eric and Katelyn Gross along with our 7 team members. We help buyers and sellers across Florida (Tampa Bay, Sarasota, Bradenton, Orlando and Ocala) and Ohio (Greater Cincinnati and Dayton). Eric has been licensed for eight years, Katelyn joined the team in 2021, and together we've closed 400+ transactions and more than $100M in volume.

We're Eric + Katie

parents, fur-parents & Tampa Bay sports fans

We're high school sweethearts and have been married since 2019. Our son is the light of our lives, and we have two dogs: Sophie, a black lab, and Sadie, a Norwegian Elkhound.

We both graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2018, and soon after, Eric began pursuing his passion for real estate.

In our free time we love spending time as a family: swimming, going to the beach and watching football + hockey. We're big Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightning and USF Bulls fans!

We're so excited to get to know you and a little more of your story as we work together throughout the process.
