Do I need experience to join?

No. We work with both new and experienced agents. New agents get training, mentorship and accountability from day one, and experienced agents get the systems, network and support to grow.

What's the difference between joining the team and partnering with you?

Joining the Eric Gross Group team means working under our team, with leads, our team brand and hands-on mentorship from Eric and Katelyn. Our focus is Florida and Ohio, but team members can be in any state. Partnering with us means building your own business under your own name at eXp, anywhere in the U.S., with NXTGEN's training, systems and The Tribe behind you.

What does it mean to "partner" with you at eXp?

When you join eXp Realty, you name the agent who introduced you. eXp calls this person your sponsor. Naming Eric Gross Group connects you to us, our NXTGEN organization and The Tribe from day one, and it doesn't cost you anything or come out of your commission.

What are NXTGEN and The Tribe?

NXTGEN is the eXp organization we're part of. It has sold $954M+ and provides training, accountability and AI systems. NXTGEN is part of The Tribe, a national network of 2,500+ eXp agents across the country.

Do I have to live in Florida or Ohio?

No. Our team's home base is Florida and Ohio, but agents can join the Eric Gross Group team from any state. You can also partner with us at eXp and build your own business from anywhere in the U.S.

Do you provide leads?

Leads are provided to agents who join the Eric Gross Group team. Agents who partner with us build their own business, with our training, systems and network behind them.
